The Southwest Urban Ventures team has experience with real estate holdings in commercial funds, real estate management, mixed-use developments and various other income producing real estate.

As residential builders we have constructed and sold over 3,000 residential units and between 2009 and 2012. Our team deployed over $20M to acquire distressed assets in Maricopa County. We re-position multi-family projects in Texas, Arizona and Nevada and place our own team on site regularly to oversee all aspects of the transition from demolition through renovation to re-tenanting each property.

The principals of Southwest Urban Ventures have been involved in land development, construction, syndication, property management, distressed property and multi-family investing. Over the years, we have developed business relationships that have greatly assisted in the growth and success of our company.
