With a partnership spanning over four decades, Ron Cadman and Travis Cadman have shared a journey of innovation and strategic foresight. Their entrepreneurial roots trace back to Victoria, British Columbia, where they initially delved into the world of convenience stores. This early venture laid the foundation for their first significant real estate project in 1993: Park Place. This development, featuring an underground parking structure beneath three stories of residential comprised of 46 units, marked their entry into the real estate industry.

Relocating to Alberta, the Cadmans established Diamond Key Homes, under which they developed approximately 1000 single and multi-family units, winning numerous industry awards.

The onset of the subprime mortgage crisis in 2007 presented a unique and pivotal opportunity. Recognizing the potential amidst the turmoil, Ron and Travis strategically shifted their focus to the southwestern United States. Here, they procured an extensive portfolio of over 300 single-family homes, many acquired off the courthouse steps through trustee sale auctions in Phoenix, Arizona, capitalizing on this once-in-a-lifetime market condition.

As the landscape evolved with significant hedge fund investments in single-family homes at the start of 2012, particularly in Phoenix—a focal point during the crisis—the Cadmans once again demonstrated their adaptability by transitioning to acquiring value-add multifamily properties in Greater Phoenix AZ, Houston TX, and Las Vegas NV.

Currently, Ron and Travis are focused on acquiring, entitling, and permitting multifamily sites in Greater Phoenix and Las Vegas, with construction poised to commence between 2024 and 2025.

Their shared journey, which started in their early 20s, goes beyond a professional partnership; it is a reflection of their lifelong commitment to each other and their families.
